Room information

Rooms of the apartments are furnished with all comforts and provided one double bed or two separate single beds. A triple room is available when requested and booked as triple. All additional beds or beds for child shall be noted on the reservation and considered as an extra fee. Cots are available free of charge from the hotel, but need to be booked together with the reservation. All of the apartments are provided with bed linen and towels on your arrival and will be cleaned daily.

Food at the Appartamenti Astoria

Breakfast is at the Hotel Astoria only and is included in the rate. It is possible to have breakfast in the interior dining rooms of the hotel as well as in its internal garden with gazebo.

Cancellation Policy

Please check-in at the Astoria Hotel. Check-in is possible from 14:00 on the date of arrival until any time. Reception is Astoria available 24-hours a day. Check-out is before 12:00. Parking is avaible by the Astoria Hotel, with an extra fee to pay of Euro 12,00 per night and car. It is not subject to any reservation as only few places are available by the Hotel. A deposit covering full booked stay will be required from the Hotel on check in.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. By Train: The hotel is about 300 metres away from the central railway station. You can walk: from the right side of the railway station, take the first left (Via Amendola); after two blocks take a right (Via Milazzo), then go straight until you see the Astoria Hotel. Alternatively you can take bus number 25 or 30 to Via Amendola in only one stop. From Via Amendola, turn right (Via Milazzo), then go straight until you see the Astoria Hotel. By Air: The hotel is about 6 km from the Guglielmo Marconi International Airport of Bologna. Take the BLQ shuttle bus which takes you directly from the Airport to the railway station. Tickets are sold on the bus. The bus stop nearest to the Astoria is Stazione centrale (central railway station). The hotel is about 50 km from the Ridolfi International Airport of Forlì. Take the shuttle bus to the Autostazione of Bologna (near to the train station). Tickets are sold on the bus. The Autostazione of Bologna is about 500 metres away from the hotel. By Car: - Take the A1 or A14 motorway in the direction of Bologna Centro. - After the toll, follow the Tangenziale. - Exit at number 7 to Fiera or number 5 to Lame. - Follow the signs to the Train Station (Stazione centrale) or City Centre (Centro). - The hotel is about 4 km from both exits. Parking is available at an additional cost. It is not subject to any reservation and only few places are available.
