Biocasamia is a welcoming little building, designed as an alternative to a hotel, right in the heart of Bologna. Completely rebuilt following guidelines for green architecture.

For breakfast, which is served at small tables in the foyer, a variety of local produce and carefully selected biological products are served.

Cancellation Policy

The hotel kindly requests that you inform them of your expected arrival time. Generally the reception is open until midnight but late check in (after 20:00 and in any case after 24.00) is possible, but only on prior request.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
