Ireland prides itself on its drink culture, believing the Irish pub to be the envy of the known world, but in reality the choice of drink available is limited, particularly in relation to beer. Mark Harkin goes above and beyond the call of duty, to find a decent beer in Dublin.

Earlier this year, smoking was outlawed in all Irish workplaces, including pubs and restaurants. The Irish Vintners Association contested this move all the way up until the ban, fearing that it would destroy many of the businesses of its members.
