Drunken Pork with Cous Cous salad

By Franita in the Kitchen

April 2005

Cous Cous salad is obviously a healthy and vegetarian choice and a meal in itself (perhaps a light summer lunch…), but with the juices from this recipe it reaches completely different levels of tastiness and fullness and it becomes a sensuous and satisfying experience.

What you need (for two people):

4 pork sausages cut in halves
4 pork ribs cut in 3 pieces each
½ bottle of dry, white wine
salt, black pepper, olive oil

How you do it:

Marinate the meat in wine, oil, salt and pepper for a few hours. Place in a deep pan or a wok and bring to the boil. Let simmer until the meat is fully cooked (it will take at least 20-25 minutes).
